This has been a long time in the making. I've worked countless hours on this, and it's a fairly large update. I'm glad this is finally finished, as I need to take a break, mentally, from the things that I've had to endure the last 2 or so months (not related to CRRPG), and I can finally "morally" do this. I'm tired as hell, happy as hell, stressed as hell, but I'm sure it's all worth it.
Some small notes:

- About 250K keystrokes (or more, I'm not sure)

Well, with that out of the way, there's one more thing before I announce 3.9. It's the new administrator. Since I'm now owner and our USA timezone stuff is picking up, we need a bit more help on this zone, so we've chosen Jim_Webb. I'm sure you all love him and that sort of stuff, and I know he'll work out fine once he gets into it all. Don't fret - he's not the only one I'm thinking of. We may see another administrator for another timezone in the coming week(s) before 4.0. Congratulations to Jim_Webb!

If I missed something, sorry, don't yell at me, don't bug me to hell and back..... just post a bug report and I'll get to it. We've tested this script a lot, probably for about 5-6 hours, and what bugs we saw, we fixed. Here it is:

2) New Trucking system
-Trucking Depot is redone by IceCold. It is now a small mapped base where the Bike School was in Single Player - near the Fire station in LV.
-There are 29 different trucking locations.
-Trucks and trailers are there.
-Load your load with /load where you get the trailers.
-Checkpoints are in the place where you are to /unload your stuff.
-Payment is currently based on the distance from the trucking depot you had to deliver the objects to. The score is also the number of kilometers (base of 1) you traveled. So, if the destination was 5 KM away, you were given 5 score. If you drove 0.3KM, you get 1 score.
-Special little note: Still smaller than Stevo's system, and 29 routes.
-More additions coming in 4.0/near 4.0
-Note: All trucking locations are in LV, not Ireland or anywhere else (for now)
3) New Lottery System
-Similar to old one, but with some changes and recoding.
-Base prize of $1,000,000.
-Max of 40 numbers (1-40)
-Tickets are now $1,000 when bought at the 24/7.
-Looks a lot neater.
-About 3/4ths of original size.
-When buying the lotto ticket, your $1,000 will be multiplied by a random number between 0 and 5 and added to the lotto amount.
-More additions coming in 4.0
-Increases by a random amount between $800 and $0 every second
4) New Firefighting System
-Somewhat like the old one, just much better this time, (and 1/3rd of the size)
-Added fires
-Fires that were already added, but didn't work, now work.
-Payment System
-Based on how long you're there. (In range)
-Must be in a fire truck or related vehicle.
-Fires now happen all the time, and do not require FDSA to be online.
-Medics, FDSA, Police, all get credit for being on scene.
-Fires start every 14 minutes, and last for about 10.

-There are 22 different reasons to why the buildings will catch on fire - ranging from comical suggestions involving the admin team, to plain out stupid reasons involving life and accidents.

5) Radio Communications Tower
-On top of the FBI base in northern Las Venturas.
-Requires a Terrorist Skill of 80.
-Increase with /blowdam and /callattack
-Controls all the radio communications (Chat waves, Rescue Chat) in the game.
-Can be blown with 5 peices of C4 (In your backpack, not hand)
-Once blown, the radio communications/chat waves in the game will be unusable for 7 minutes.
-Can be repaired with a part from the construction site in the middle of LV. Cost of part: $1,000,000
-A tower transponder can be bought by organizations for $250,000,000 to prevent their chat wave from disruption.
-Construction site near Starfish Casino and the big purple building
-If you die with the part, you'll receive a $500,000 credit to your bank account. (Same with leaving) due to the expense of the part
-Contact Karagon in IRC Query/Forum PM for purchase.
6) Anti-Cheat Addition
-New "Death spam" ban.
-Bans a player who has killed more than 10 players consecutivley. Prevents those spam bot attacks.

-Bought by SLZ & HB for $131,000,000. Open to suggestions from him on what he thinks he can do, as I'm not really a great idea maker for this one!
-Price changed to $130,000,000 due to no C4 as of yet. Will be added later (if I deem it necessary/important/usefull)
-Currently, three places:
-Inside LVPD
-Where LVPD cops can get ammunition (up to a certain amount) in a time period.
-This will also go to the bonus for the owner.
-Outside Airsupport Base, LVAP.
-Where criminals buy weapons.
-Bonus put into "account" for owner.
-They can also rob it here.
-Area 51
-Where the owner will restock and buy ammunition. Since this is a
COP organization, you'll have this location.
-You will also buy business insurance here, as your profits is the cash people can rob from it.

CANNOT kill robbers because you do not lose money directly. Also, no business banning because of that fact. Theoretically, though, you can lose money on pay day if the robberies were too high. So, buying insurance is recommended.
